Here at VANN Spa Hotel and Conference, along with our visitors, we are a bit mad about fish and seafood, and we ensure first class meals. The big “ocean pantry” is an obvious supplier for our skilled chefs, and they put great love and creativity into their work. Oysters, lobsters, crayfish, prawns, clams, and crabs are just a few examples of the sea food incorporated into the creative menus here at VANN. Highest quality meat, and fresh lovely greens are much appreciated flavours on our menu. The common denominator is highest quality, and the use of local produce and seafood.
CRISPY GREENS AND FRESHLY BAKED BREAD
VANN’s restaurant is KRAV approved and certified in Västsvensk Mersmak. This means that we select local foods, rich flavours and strive to always offer seasonal greens from local producers. With our own bakers, and pastry chef, our guests enjoy the daily luxury of freshly baked bread and delicious pastries. Daylight Saving Time is BBQ season at VANN, and we open up the veranda for our lovely BBQ buffets, with a promise of beautiful flavours, smells, and an enjoyable friendly atmosphere.
