Water is our element. Two pools, Stora Tjärnen and Lilla Tjärnen, and a spectacular view of the Gullmar Fjord from the panoramic window. Our hotel has six pools and a selection of tubs indoors and a magnificent fjord outdoors, leaving our guests spoilt for choice when it comes to aquatic relaxation. The temperature in the coolest pool is just 10° and the hottest is 42° while most of the others are a pleasant 28° or so. As well as pools and tubs, our guests can enjoy three kinds of sauna, a relaxation area and choose from a wide range of treatments and exercise and relaxation options. No two rooms are the same and much thought has gone into the materials, features and every ray of light to create the perfect setting for effortless relaxation. The black bottom and dark-grey walls of the pool, Stora Tjärnen, combined with the effects of indirect lighting provide a mystical, soothing and calming ambience. A dip in this pool makes an uplifting start to your stay if you’ve come straight to our spa feeling tense and tired or simply in need of a change. Slip into the water and let all the fatigue drift away until you feel yourself floating weightlessly.
